Come draw drag performers, burlesque dancers, street dancers–get settled and watch the kinky, the sexy, the dirty, the downwardly. Just bring some drawing materials and rock on!

Join me in supporting a couple in our community who have come upon hard times due to disability and transphobia in the workplace. This fundraiser is the first in a planned series to help members of the LGBTQ community in financial need– with emphasis on the ‘T’, given the current lack of resources for transgender people and their families.

The Femme Show takes Brooklyn!

Finally– The Femme Show is having is first official show in NYC! We’ve been guest on other people’s shows, we’ve been to Staten Island and Queer Spirit Camp, but now we’re finally infiltrating the Big Apple itself! I’m not even going to try to tell you how many Offs it is off of Broadway (given that’s it actually in Brooklyn)– but who needs Broadway?! All we need is a platform in the corner and a room full of queers and allies to engage with! So come one, come all, and see Madge of Honor, Gigi Frost, SPPSSM, Alicia Greene, Stella Swingline, the Bitches with Barrettes, Johnny Blazes and some exciting local guests at Collect Pond at the beginning of June!

Boston Pride King & Queen Pageant

Yes, you read correctly, I will be participating in a Pageant. “But which category will you enter, Johnny? How could you choose between those two options?” I’m not competing, silly, I’m JUDGING! And yes, I know those categories are limited, but Heywood Wakefield is already agitating for a Genderfuck category to be added for next year.

But in the meantime, don’t you think it would behoove you to get your little butts over to Machine at the beginning of Pride Week and see this year’s spectacle for yourself? I can’t guarantee it yet, but I suspect you may be in for a little Honkytonk Badonkadonk if you do…
